Well, the actual video looked good. By technical issues, do you mean trouble embedding?
I also had trouble with this at first. There appears to be some bug in the blogger program regarding google videos, but the key is paste the embed in the "Edit Html" mode. Then don't switch back to "compose" before posting. That's what screws everything up. Keep it in Edit HTML mode the whole time, and it should come out okay
